HDL what is going on

What is happening at HDL? Called Friday 1 pm and got a recording "not open at this time call back monday" then called on monday got a recording "we don't have anyone to answer calls" Are they in trouble or what?

just ordered from them 2 weeks ago with no problem. Items shipped a couple days later.

I received my order a week and a half ago. Talked to someone too as I had to change my internet order. Maybe because of Daytona 500 they stayed closed a day or so more?

I tried calling yesterday and got the same message.

I selected the amazon option and got a person.

Was told the computers were down all day.

Got through this morning OK.

They had shipped me a wrong part on Friday so having to wait to reach them was a bit frustrating.

ordered 2 cover sets on the 24th cleared the credit card on the 27th.

now there having computer problems. why is it always computer problems?

starting to sound like the standard excuse. Angry

ordered from dennis kirk on the 25th. hit the card on the 27th. arrived on the 29th.

not real happy right now.
