The dr. shakes his head and tells her she has Ed Zachery disease, which upsets her immensely since she has no clue what that means. She asks the dr. if it's serious and exactly what is Ed Zachery disease. He tells her "no, not serious, it mean you face look Ed Zachery like you butt."
