Just called in to work we have ( 8 ) 161,000 KV towers on the ground just outside of Chattanooga ,Tennessee near Harrison Bay State Park. Told them I have two grand-babies here with me and soon as the threat was over I'd hit the road.I installed a under ground tornado shelter here at my house in 1997 after working a deadly tornado down in west Tennessee.I was looking forward to going for a ride tomorrow  Sad

Are you in the shelter or just ready to make a run for it.

I wish I had that thing tonight. It looks like a rough one for all of us in 7 states.

This will be Super Saturday tomorrow if we are all still alive.

Good Luck to everyone on here and in the south tonight.

Man when will this end.

Not sounding too good.  We're under a tornado watch right now and we're supposed to see this weather tonight and tomorrow morning.

btw.....how much does an inground tornado shelter cost?

Watching local weather and turning the weather alert radio off every other 5 minutes....Everyone here is ready to go if they put us under a tornado warning.... Plenty of store bought sheltons available now just dig a hole and drop it in.

Just got online access again.....Survived a second run of storms Friday night. Tornado ran thru just north of us about 30 miles. Thats close enough for me. Assume Joe is on the road now. Al are you okay as well as Gordon, Greg Etc.......?

Fine here as posted above.

Chairs all over the place on the deck and limbs of course.

THe clean up begins.

But in Delano Tennessee, the job of healing the sick/injured begins.

In Indiana and other places the undertaker is polishing up his Cadillacs.
