The kids want to get me something for my Valk Trike. They know I'm a 50's nostalgia nut and they also know I've always admired the old Indian Chief lighted hood ornament from the 50's Pontiac's. So here's what they came up with; http://www.kuryakyn.com/Products/128/Fender-OrnamentsIt's Kuryakan's Eagle Fender Ornament, part # 9026 which also lights up. Do ya think it might be a bit too tacky, or would it go along with my Valk Trike? Fire away and please be honest, lol.

I think if you like it, do it.
But I'd be wary of Kuryakyn. I've kind of been in denial about it but the quality of their chrome seems to have gone way downhill as of late.

Personally I don't care for that kind of thing. That being said they look good. And, if your kids want to contribute something to your interest it's the least thing you can do.

My Valk came to me with eagles all over it. I prefer smooth chrome. I would send you my Eagle for cheap (I don't think it's in mint condition) if I could figure out how to cover the holes it will leave. Here is how it will look though.

I don't like noticible, non funtional bling, but if my son or grand daughter bought it for me, it would find its way onto the Valk.

Don't personally like those fender ornaments. But, if you get one, go for the pig and it might be OK when you are out to the barbeque restaurant for ribs.

so you're saying your cycle is 100% stock? i saw the hog on a Valk down in Maggie Valley last summer, i liked it!! i myself would have taken off the original fender orniment. there's a story about the hog though, i almost hit one on a ride down there, came about a foot away from my front tire!!

Not really my cup of tea. I'd rather put on a nice fender tip. I voted no.

Fender mounts don't do much for me so, I voted no but, it's yer bike, do what you want to. Even if it was given to me by a loved on, it ain't going on my Valkyrie. Everyone has there own opinion, I've seen some under dressed, some over dressed and some dressed just right.

I've seen some under dressed, some over dressed and some dressed just right. But, in the immortal words of Ron White...... once you've seen one naked, you pretty much want to see them all naked. Not a fan of fender animals either. Did see a fellow carrying a big stag deer mount (taxidermy) home, on the back seat of his Interstate, it was turned around looking back over the trunk. That was pretty impressive, and funny too.
