i wonder why it is that in just about every video that right at the point of impact or just at the time the accident happens the photographer  turns the camera away then pans back..makes me wonder about most videos if they are real or not..

wonder who the responsible party is.......at this point did the customer own the boat........or did the dealer own the boat......or would the rigger be responsible
