That looks like the one that the company in Washington had.   Can't remember the name right off.

The only company I know from Washington was Wayne's World. I dont remember ever seeing these on his site.

If it's Aeromach, it's a very sturdy piece; much thicker than the other cruiser bars. 
IMHO, it was the nicest one ever made... also the spendiest.  Nice pick-up for whoever gets it.
