 Well, It's happening again . There is a new tax that could cost a lot more than gas.
     I still have not learned to post a link , so I am sure someone will short cut it.

According to the Congressional site, this bill was introduced 2 yrs ago and never made it out of committee.

If I felt the Feds were willing or able to re-prioritize their spending so that revenue from this 1% thing would actually go to the debt, I would be all for it, especially to know that after the debt was gone so would income tax.  Well thats what the bill promises (if you can believe that)  I dont believe anything this government we have now says, so this is just pure and simple robbery.  Like has been said, doesnt look like theres any interest getting this thing off the ground, probably because theres no interest in Washington for reforming spending and taxes in any positive way whatsoever.
