When i pulled my side covers couple days ago they did not want to go on correctly. tickedoff Come to find out that both upper grommets(the round ones)were all dried out and seperating more than halfway around. coolsmiley Being as these grommets are less than $4.00 a piece and side covers are in the $50.00 range used- Roll Eyes. So here is the part # you need for these grommets. laugh
11345-M B O-000 You will need 2 of these one on each side. crazy2 If this has been posted before-oh well. Grommets still WAY cheaper than side covers. RIDE SAFE.

Big Bike Parts on HDL's website sells a kit for about $5. It has an assortment of grommets. No need to get OEM at $4 each.

Those side covers are about 190 each on Directline.  Ouch.

If you have a John Deere garden tractor dealer nearby, check them out for grommets. At one time the grommets they used on the small tractors were the same as the ones on the 1500 Wing, which are pretty much the same as those on the Valk. The tractor pieces were only a couple bucks each. I have no idea where or how they're used on the small tractors, just know I replaced some on my Wing about 10-12 yrs. ago.
