Sorry to High Jack this Hardley bashing thread to talk about Motus bikes, but I found at least one reviewer who thinks those prices are in line.

Boxer rebellion, the Holy Child. They all pay their rent.
But none together can testify to the rhythm of a road well bent.
Saddles and zip codes, passports and gates, the Jones' keep.
In August the water is trickling, in April it's furious deep.

I think a nice Rotax Engine would have the better choice for the new startup company. Not that bulky monstrasity they shoe horned into that nice bike.

i guess i'm just stuck in a time warp?  their performance may be awesome but i just don't like the style of those bikes.  based on my current situation i also wouldn't want $30K tied up in any motorcycle no matter how in line the experts thought it was (no offense intended btw).

i'll just rely on my 99 valk and my 92 chevy to get me around.  the monthly payments fit right into my budget too, $0/mo.

The KMV-4 was what first brought my attention to Motus back in January of 2010. The new American V4
Having said that, I know what you mean about it in the bike they selected. To me, that engine just screams to be put in a retro heavy cruiser. My fantasy bike
