When we used to use those WW inserts back in my day, we had a problem with them wanting to pull out.   They seemed to work pretty good up to about 60, but anything over that, it would start to come out from under the rim, so check them and be carful.

I have been up to 85 on the freeway and so far they are ok but I will be careful .Today I did install them on the rear ct.an will be checking it out in a few days. They sell them for motorcycles and you would think they were ok because of the possible liability in an accident caused by a insert coming out at highway speed.

I don't see there not being some kind of adhesive to apply between the two rubber mating surfaces to keep them from coming out. RJ, I remember those back in the day, they weren't worth the effort.
