Great photo!  I love the detail... gives it a "painted" look.

Great setting too.  I still want to turn that old railroad bridge into a bike/ped trail.  I mentioned the swinging bridge in an earlier post.  It lies just upstream, I believe to the right of the photo.

Great work Gordorad!

Hey Gordorad!  It was good to meet you in McDonald's in Eureka the other day.  Look forward to riding with you one day.  Great looking pic!

Look just over that gorgeous Valkyrie and you'll see Castle Rogue's Manor up on the bluff... a unique place.  I haven't visited there yet, but it is on my to-do list.  Google and check out their website.  Pretty interesting.  Plus they have quite a choice building site!

Regarding the "Castle"....It is a very unique place.  I was able to spend a bit of time with the owner and got a nice little tour of the place........I believe it is available for tours.   www.castleroguesmanor.com

Here is a shot from the grounds looking back across the lake.

This angle is almost the exact opposite of the bike shot....If you look closely, you can see the parking lot where I took the Valk picture..
