I'm just getting my Valk ready for the summer and thought my saddlebags looked a bit tired. Before buying a new set I thought I would try some leather paint.I'm quite pleased with the outcome. I'm just waiting for my birthday goodies to arrive for the bike now. before after

Look good. I saw that leather paint on an episode of Wheeler Dealer. How was your experience with it?

I found it very easy. The stuff i had was as thick as paint, almost like a gel.Put a bit on a small bit of clean rag and rubbed it in.I panicked a bit at first when it was drying but once dried it left a great finish. I even used it on my Mustang seats and backrests. It really sharpens the look of the bike up.

I was going to buy some from Ebay but a buddy said he could get some from where he works. So I went with that. I just had a quick look on your Ebay, theres some on there for 3.99$,maybe worth a try.

Most of what I saw on ebay was a spray can. Not touching that. Thanks, Dave
