Hi there Daniel,
Go to the No-Mar web site and watch the video....and then go here http://www.tirestripper.com/ and watch it.
I think the choice will be very obvious. I have used both, and to me the Tire Stripper is simpler and easier to use. Note on each where the bead is broken from on the machine and also the difference in the mount/de-mount bar. AND LESS EXPENSIVE TO PURCHASE!
That was the front tire I was changing, it wasn't too hard to do, BUT the rear wing and and valk tire is a totally different story. The guy at Tire Stripper says he will never complain about changing a sport tire again after having changed a rear wing tire. I know you are darkside, so it would also be a bit easier that a wing tire. Until recently the guy at Tire Stripper had never changed a wing tire, another friend of mine sent him a spare wheel and tire to see if he could, and told him if he could do it he would buy his machine (this friend of mine already owned a No-Mar). So now he has both. He will make you a good deal on his No-Mar. He has the floor mount, not the hitch mount like I was using.

In the Tire Stripper video he uses a ratchet strap to pinch the tire so the bead will fall into the wheel drop zone, I found that a clamp like a C clamp or wood clamp works easier.

Let me know what you think after watching the video's.

Just bought a NoMar and floor mounted it on Saturday.  Took an Avon off a back rim with no problems.  Put it back on and took it off again.  I am pleased with the NoMar and thier service.
Watching the videos they seem to make it harder than it is.  I didn't seem to have any problems exept not being familiar with the machine.  How well does the hitch mount work?

The hitch mount is fine if you share the changer with friends and don't want to change their tires for them.
Let 'em come get it and take it to their house, LOL.
Only thing, the working height for the hitch mount on my truck is a bit low, I guess next time I could back up onto some blocks and bring the height up some.
Did you look at the video for the http://www.tirestripper.com/ This is the one I will buy.
The No-Mar was a friends.
I have another friend about 100 miles away, he also has a No-Mar, when he saw the video for the tire stripper he bought it, has the No-Mar for sale.
