Yeah,,,,,It's a HEMI

Magnolia, Texas

« on: March 21, 2012, 04:49:24 PM »

Sat. evening while preparing MAGNUM for my Sunday morning ride, I accidentally broke the mirror mount piece for the 2-BSeen light on one side.  Typical, since it was the very last thing I was going to do before putting the bike to bed for the night.  I "rigged" it so it would function until a new part could be obtained.  I emailed the company, told him what I had done, and the part I needed.  Sunday night I got a phonecall from Rudy Scott (the owner) confirming my email, and asking if my shipping address was the same as when I purchased the lights in 2008.  He told me the part that had broken had been redesigned, and the new ones wouldn't break again.  He said he would ship out two new parts for both sides the next day.  When I asked about payment, he declined to accept any.  The new parts were in Wednesday's mail  cooldude  There are some who talk the talk, then there's those who walk...
Good guy with whom to do business.  I heartily recommend the lights (patented and not made by any other seller)  and this company.   Oh yeah, this was an unpaid, uncompensated review.   angel   But you can tell him I said this if ya want,,,  Roll Eyes

Can you post some pics of these on your bike?  I really like the idea, just keep wondering what they actually look like on a valk

All of the pics I have are from distance, and the lights are too small to see clearly.  I'll take some and post by this weekend.  Hope this helps you.  GJ

Ditto on the excellent customer service. Rudy is a real 'stand-up' guy!  cooldude

I received my 2 B-Seen lights a week ago and found that the right side unit evidently had a short in it causing both the directional and brake LED's to light when either the brake or turn signal was activated. I called Rudy and he had a new unit sent out to me which arrived in 2 days. I'll be replacing the right side this weekend and returning the defective one as per Rudy's request.

Had to do a triple take to realize more than one bike had the lights on em...

Ordered a set a couple of weeks ago and never heard anything from 2Bseen but I was charged for them. I emailed Rudy asking about the order and within hours he sent me a nice apology for a mix up on their part and a notification of shipment. They got here yesterday and I installed them last night. They look good and work well.

Rudy has proven to me that he takes his product and customer service seriously. I've had them on my I/S since DOTS, had the original set and have worked with Rudy through 2 up-grades. I like 'em.

I'm guessing that's Dogg's wife on the Ridley on the right I believe.
And I recognize Big_d on the Super Valk on the front right.  I could guess the other 2, but won't.

you guessed it jimmy, it is our spouses on the left side. we like the the 2-b-seen lights so much they are going on just about every bike we have. the only one not getting them is the wifes new trike due to having muth mirrors that already have directionals in them.

Here's two pics I said I'd get.  I held a black sheet behind them, so the camera would get just the lights and mirrors, without any background.  One from the front, and the other from the rear as you'd see it from the saddle.
