First of all, Nickelback is horrible. They don't qualify as rock and roll.

Secondly, you're doing it wrong:

Can't beat late 70's to mid 80's rock n roll.  90's and more current music does not cut it in my book being all pop and no rock.

I'm glad I am not the only one who thinks Nickelback isn't rock & roll.  I just can't listen to them.  crazy2 To each their own.

They are kind of shy on guitar solos but I love their lyrics and the "drive" of their harder tunes. Animals reminds me of my younger days as do several of their songs. My opinion, they rock.  cooldude

Actually the music itself doesn't bother me. It's the horrible lyrics. Even my wife (who LOVES Nickelback and has seen them like three times) says that their lyrics are just a bunch of run on sentences that have no point. Seriously, try this; take this and sing it to Animals just like Chad Kroeger and you won't notice the difference.

"We were parked out by the handicapped... and then she said oh no I think I forgot to get milk and I also think we need bread, oh no... I think I'm out of cash... do you have ten bucks I can borrow until Thursday... Because that's when I get paid... but unfortunately in in Canadian...

Is the link I put up still not working? It seems to be for me.

I LIKE THE POST/THREAD... Cruising on the Valk with tunes is Utopia to me.  I've mounted an Amp with Infinity 4-1/2" Speakers (not the cheap Skark or Pyle set-up).  Rock is Cool
