Wow! I wonder how Jeremy really feels?

That has to be the most scathing review I have ever had the pleasure of reading... He put it on Honda didn't he?

How do you think he would do in the states writing reviews....sounds like a piece of poop....and he called them out on it...

I saw this evening on the LBC (Liberal Broadcast Channel, that the government (now partial owner in GM and Dodge) to increase the MPG in their cars by 2016....imagine that...would have never seen that one coming...

Now I will sit back and wait to get slammed.... Grin

Clarkson is my absolute hero.  I've watched and enjoyed his show Top Gear for a long time now, and it's far and away my favorite show on TV.

I love his brutal honesty, something we could not hope to get here in the states.  In fact, when a Top Gear US edition was pitched, Jay Leno was asked to host.  He turned down the position saying that he could not do the show justice due to advertisers getting all hot and bothered by honest reviews.

I understand driving a Prius or another of the like if it is purely for economic reasons (my Grandmother drives a Civic Hybrid) because while diesel is a cheaper alternative in Europe, it's not the same story here.

That said, every time I see someone driving a Prius, Smart Car (dear god, why?), or one of the other countless numbers of prius clones because they believe they're saving the Earth, it makes me want to run them over from anger at their hypocrisy.

I'm of the belief that while climate change does exist, it is merely a natural phase the Earth goes through every couple 100,000 years (which puts us in the time frame for a climate change to start), and that "man-made global warming" is nothing more than a band wagon for attention-starved liberal idiots to jump on in hopes the countless number of sheep (read: celebrities and green peace people) will follow.

I could go on, but instead I'll leave you with this.  Stop driving your econobox that you waste your life in commuting.  Go buy a hummer, a sports car, a Range Rover, or whatever and enjoy your life, killing all the pygmy children and penguins you want, because despite what Al Gore has to say, it's not happening.
