Mine was $100 or so to do both forks. I already had a fork seal kit so only had to buy another one. I took the forks into him.

look just buy the main seal set thats it and 2 quarts of fork oil  just the seal sets at my honda dealer were only 49.00 for both, and oil about 9 a quart no need to replace everything. i got 140,000 miles and never changed anything. but the progressive springs are a good choice. remember to use 2 onces less with progressive it works for me just did mine. 15W for OEM springs and 10W for progressive. if your bike got low miles  i would wait just my thinking.  tickedoff
