I believe the plate was an extra 25 bucks....Kentucky actually has a website that you go to and see if a plate is available

Well, you got me goooooogling and Missouri does have an data base search capability. They sure keep a good secret. I just went through this a few months ago. Maybe I'll start over.

My riding bud of several years bought a Valk, then sold the HD.
His personalized plate (CA) on the Valk read: NOMOHOG.
That was his screen name when he belonged to VRCC in the early days.
He rode the 98 Tourer for five or six years, sold it, and went back to HD.
The plate on his scoot reads: 1MOHOG  Cool
