The 10mm bolt that goes into the tranny cover is rounded. The cover in question is the clutch side cover. (Its the one on the right in the pic). Any one ever have a problem removing this. How did you do it. Thanks

I am guessing those things are heat-sensitive, so heating and cooling cycles are out.  If so, I would try the following three, based on exactly how it is set up, or how stuck it is:
1) Vice grips, if you can get a good grip on the head.  A dremel or other grinder might help in flattening out a side to grip on to.
2) Dremel a flat head slot into it and get it out with a screwdriver.
3) Drill and easy-out.
