Hi Everyone, Stepped up to a Valk late last fall and I am loving it! I have learned alot here and thought I'd try to contribute. I was having a hard time finding (or paying for) OEM bags. I found these and liked the size, side access and price so I welded up some brackets and put 'em on. The panels on the back are there to cover up holes the prior owner made to put on running lights. I am pleased with the results and thanks again for sharing your knowledge and projects.

Nomad bags have been fitted to Valks before. They always seem to look classy on a Valk.

Those are nice looking bags and I have seen them on Valks, VTX's and even Nomads The exterior styling of them is nice. I prefer top loading bags (yea stuff gets buried at times) over the side opening/loading... just my preference..... but I still like em. Good job

I own a 98 Valk. Tourer & a Vulcan Nomad... so I really like your application. Between the two bags, I personally prefer the side-load Nomad bags... if you do much weekend get aways, get the soft luggage bags.
