I just sold my VTX 1300S with 36K on it and bought the bike that I've always lusted after.
Found a 99 I/S about thirty miles up the road at a bike shop. It's nearly stock and has less than 14K on it. Why did Honda stop building these tickedoff
The info on this site and the experience of everyone here is invaluable to me being new to the Valkyrie.
Rode up to Sarasota last weekend and really enjoyed the new ride. Had a farewell party up there with about 30 other riders for a member of the VTX Cafe who is moving to Las Vegas. Sad
Are there any Valk riders in the Naples, Fl. area that get together and do local rides? Looking foreword to meeting other VRCC members.  cooldude

Thanks for the welcome olddog1946. I think you're on the dry side of the mountains up there. Has to be some good riding just about anytime after the snow melts.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I'll try to figure out the Fl. board to see if they have any rides going on in the area. The site is great with so much info. Can't wait to do more digging in the tech board.
I've never been accused of being computer literate so it may take a while.
