You would be better off at a regular key duplicator.   In other words a person who can open things without a key or can change cylinders to match a specific key.

The ones at Wally World, K-Mart and etc do not have any training in making keys.

Here in Wa., the only place that carries blanks, (other than a dealer) is ACE Hardware. That's where I got my spare made.

Neither my local Ace, NAPA or Carquest carries appropriate blanks  Angry
In fact, I went back to each a month or so later asking to have a duplicate made but I wouldn't tell them what it was for, since the first time I went all of them immediately told me they can't do motorcycle keys.

Luckily a locksmith in a neighboring town could do it.

I got a couple made at ACE Hardware as well, here in Mass.  They had the blanks in stock.

The key I just had made uses a blank from "ilco" and has the numbers X84 on the left side and HD74 on the right side.  And it's "Made in the USA"!! The blank is a bit longer than the Honda key. Don't let them use a blank shorter than the Honda key -had 2 made (by a young kid at ACE) and they were too short to fit all the way into the ignition switch.
