I have a radio station I like to listen to. However, I can only receive it about 1/2 way to work. Does any one know if there is a way to get better reception???

Thanks

There are various signal boosters available like this.

Never used one myself, so not sure how well they work. Seem like plug and play, assuming our antennas have a standard plug.

 Google "FM booster",lots to look at.

Or find a higher elevation route to work..

pull the antenna plug and look, if it's corroded clean it. some dilectric grease should help.

check the ground on the antenna, tight?

Well, lets see;
higher elevation...not in Florida,
corrosion...strike two,
good ground...check.
This radio station a bit futher out  of the N FL area so I get a weaker signal anyways. Tom Duley has a Christain narriated show that is awesome. Just always been this way.
I will look into the signal boosters.
Thanks

Maybe go online and check out the station/show, and see what other radio stations might be carrying the signal also, maybe even at different times.

Maybe download the taped (mp3) shows, and hook it up to your AUX instead. I used to listen to Mirkin, out of DC, 3 hr time differance, the taped was a lot easier, and no commercials.
