...make it eight !!


...The Annual Q in de Woods ...is a laid back gathering of good friends and great
food....Chili and I strive to put on a day where friends in the wind and others
can just kick back and enjoy some good ol fashioned fellowship..

Don't give up, there's still time. I am slated to be at the Las Vegas NM event but I might be able to squeeze hers yours in too with some night driving...

Looks like so far Kit will be having her surgery mid to late May, unless she gets in early. So it looks like I'm solo, so far. I will no better when the call to sched it the next few days. Looking forward to it!

. . . ...were 94 miles South of the Mighty Mac, right down 75 in Grayling...our house is about a mile off I-75....some folks get a room at one of the mom n pop motels in town....they,re all clean...friendly...and cheep...come hang out for the weekend...I guarantee ya the best burger ya ever laid a lip on and a damn good time  ....depending on how many stay over till Sunday...we may just put a canoe adventure together down the Ausable River that runs through town ! ..

Henry its right at 5 hours for us. I'm guessing 3-4 from Detroit. Someone will know better from there.

. ...Henry. ...its a good 3 hours from Detroit, if yer flying down the Interstate....good news is the faster ya leave the big city and all that goes with it...the faster yer in the deep woods of Northern Michigan...speed limit on I-75 is 70 mph....most do 80-85 mph.....its a nice ride once yer out in the woods..
