Just had to type again how awesome this site really is. Tons of great technical information. I recently installed a Texas Ranger Sidecar to my 03 Valkyrie Standard. I've got lousy handle bar wobble. Through the awesome people on this site, I ordered the 8 degree triple trees from XF6 Designs. Thanks, Arty

Did you installed the sidecar yourself? I have a Velorex sidecar waiting to be mounted but no experience doing it and i know it's not that simple.

Actually I did some math and with a XL sidecar and my mastif in it i wouldn't be able to go over 100,so I dry fitted my dog in Velorex, the dog didn't complain,so I'm rolling with it....

I had an 82 wing with a Velorex and my lab, Elvis and I put 75,000 km on it. Was a lot of fun

Sorry, I HATE dogs! Yes I did the installation myself. Does anybody on here have step by step triple tree removal and installation instructions? Thanks again, Arty

I recently installed XF6's 6* rake kit on my trike. I was in a hurry (as usual) and didn't take any pics, but it's a fairly easy job. Took about 6 hours & 3 cold drinks, with a buddy talking & distracting....
Just a heads up, if you have the Honda-line windshield, you will have to make some extensions for the upper mounts. The rake on the even the 6* was enough that the shield hit the top of the gauges when trying to mount. I only had to extend it out about an inch.

Instructions should be in the service manual. I like a paper copy, they are out there for $30 + (new "copy" at $30). Then the pdf file at Valkyrie Norwary. http://valkyrienorway.com/download.html
