I would like to have it.  But would not trust shipping company with it to get it here.

Wow. A local dealer near me has the exact sign. I want to buy it from him as they no longer sell Valks and some of the people there don't even know what my bike is.

Apparently, though, the version he has is made of solid gold or so he thinks. uglystupid2 I'd love to have the sign, but I'm not selling one of my bikes to purchase it.

I had one just like that and sold it.... but I didn't want to be responsible for the packing, shipping and insurance.  If the buyer wanted it, he had to agree to pay the 200.00 packing/shipping/insurance costs (which covered all his costs to buy and ship etc) or come and get it in person.  A UPS Pack and Ship did it and it arrived safely... and I think it was delivered to Arizona as a matter of fact.

Issued to select dealers.    That is a laugh.   They were sold to every dealer for $300.         Dealer I bought my bike from, had one, only 1/2 of it lite up.    I'd asked him several months earlier if he would sell it to me.

Ended up he gave it to one of our local members who knew them very well.

Then the dealer in Storm Lake was going to give me his.    Window washer guy raised it up to wash the window and dropped it back on the window.   Shattered it.

Then I saw one in Indiana a dealer was trying to sell.    I called, asked if he still had it, he said yes.   Told him I was on my way after it.   Got there, he plugged it in and all it would do was flash.    Told him that wasn't the way it was supposed to work.   He said it was the switch doing that.   Told him I didn't think so, but if he'd lower his price I'd take it.   He said put it in your truck and then let's go have some lunch.    Went to lunch, he paid for the burgers, fries and malt.   Walked back across the street and he said, since the sign is broken, if you still want it, I'll see you later, you already got enough in gas to get here.

Brought it home, took it out to the Neon Sign guy, he fixed a hole in the letter 'F', put a new transformer on it, and I  took it home.  It is still in my garage and it burns 24/7, unless the power goes out.   I've got a whole $231.+change in it.   Well less gas to and from.

RJ, let me know when you get tired of looking at it. I have this huge living room you could play handball in(or shoot hoops), 27' high vaulted ceilings, need something to fill in the space. I could hang it over the fireplace.....when my wife is gone preferably.  Evil

How about showing us a Pic of your sign in a lit room so we can see it better than what they show.

I have this sign as well. I believe that it's smaller than the dealer sign but it's fine with me.

Heck yeah, had new transformer put in and looks good as new.   Enjoy it when in the "cave" (basement) or when we have a gathering I'll bring it out for the festivities.
