Does anybody have a contact name at Pinwall?  I need to talk to someone who actually has a clue over there.  I keep getting a female whose help is worse than an unanswered phone. Their standalone website must be under construction, while she asks if I understand how to use the ebay store; there's nothing she will do that isn't explicitly offered there.  Useless CS. Thx.

Back in the day you could call and ask for "Rod", he seems to be shielded now that they
have grown so big.

I've never known the non-ebay page to be usable.

I ordered some parts a few days ago.

The gal that I talked to proved to be very helpful,

Her name was Wendy.

Similar problems with Pinwall.  There were less than helpful when I called looking for a specific part that they did not have listed on their site.  "All our inventory is on our site".  Funny...I seem to remember seeing on their site to call if you don't see a specific part......  Oh well...lost my business...

I will not use them again, last thing I bought was a pair of Valve covers for the valk, advertized as good shape with all bolts etc. Got them chrome was scraped off in several places, half the hardware missing, not worth crap to me. Called them the same day I unpacked them, and was basically told tough, nothing they would do about them. Never buy from them again.  tickedoff
