Anyone know what I need to get these foot pegs to work for my I/S?

Cant seem to find the correct adapters.  I want to replace the passenger and drivers pegs with these.  Links are appreciated.  Thanks.

Check out Kuryakyn...  When I made my custom floorboards, I found what I needed in their Pegs & Mounts section, for Metric Bikes.

I dont see any of those working for the pegs I want.  They seem to be geared towards mounting Kury stuff.
