Fox News is showing a live hi speed chase in the Dallas area as of right now.  Dude is driving a Ford Expedition.

Expedition's get about 12-13 miles to the gallon.  Probably be a short chase.   Grin

I wouldn't call that a high speed chase.   Looks like it is a follow and go from there.    Get out of traffic so one is hurt in the take down.

They also say he is armed, another reason to slack off till out in the less populated area.    No harder than he is running, he won't get away, then they have the spy in the sky on them.

Wait him out would be the tactic.
