Margaret (Percolator) is scheduling some school shows in Junction on June 14-15 and wants to stay in Fredricksburg over the weekend for a little Hill Country riding.  She also has asked me to find a good trailer to tow with the Great White Whale so that I help her drive places and have my Valkyrie to ride while we are in Iowa and Nebraska and other places this summer.

So, I'll be riding in the Hill Country on Father's Day weekend. WOO-HOO!  Might find some routes to go on for October.

Did I get a good' un or what?

Is this an invitation... or just an announcement?

It's an announcement for us, it's an invitation for him, and it's a good invitation at that. Congradulations are in order Mark, good for you.

It is an invite in case anyone wants to ride.  We'll probably be at the Peach Tree Inn Suites (the place we're staying in October for the Ride-In).   We won't be riding any long distances - she hasn't ridden with me in a long while so I have to stay at 1 hour max rides.  But around Fredericksburg, that should be fine.

Having just gotten back from Junction a couple of weeks ago, I would suggest you stay in those parts over Fredricksburg! Lots of great riding and much more down home, and you have hills right in town!

Top Ten Paved Roads..
RR 336, Real County
RR 335, Real County
RR 337, Real County
Hwy 674, Edwards County
Hwy 55, Edwards County
RR 470, Bandera County
Hwy 16, Bandera and Kerr Counties
Willow City Loop, Gillespie County
Old #9, Kendall County
Lime Creek Road, Travis County

Stop in at Shady Grove Park at the south end of 6th Street and say hi to Laverne, skip some rocks across the Llano.

Ride safe! ~Jeff

Jeff, FM 674 from Rocksprings to Brackettville, a real blast and you don't have to go all the way to
Brackettville.
