I believe this is powered by a Goldwing engine, if I recall correctly... See it around town ever so often....

We have this one in Tampa, real neat. The out rigger wheels can retract when it is on the road at highway speeds. It is powered by a 1500 goldwing engine.

New (old?) trend? Spotted this one - also an old 'Wing - in Jackson, Mi.

cooldude   Those are really cool. Hope they have some kind of vents or ducting for both the rider and the motor.

Nice display pieces but, I honestly don't  think I would get into or onto one and actually take it  on the open road.   I might follow at a distance though just so I could watch.  Wink

Don't  know about the others, but  the fighter jet from Tampa I have escorted on some good runs, the guy that built it spent 4 years on the design, it can lean 35 degrees in a turn, it is stable enough at 35 mph that the out rigger wheels can retract. Even has a small turbine with an after burner in the tail for show. Very stable on the highway. Main reason for an escort is all the rubber necking drivers.  When he stops for a light, people get out of cars to take pictures, it gets a lot of attention.
