Does 4 oz. for the front sound right?  I wrote down 10oz but a double check of the chart has me second-guessing.

Thanks.  I found a calculator on the Ride On site.  I don't usually have trouble reading a spec sheet, must be the solar flares. Shocked

just put Ride-on in my Valk a couple of weeks ago, really works great.  Used about 10 oz in front and 12-13 in rear.  Smoothed ride and nice to have security of sealant too!

IT IS GOOD STUFF!

I see Slime for sale here locally, is it the same as ride on? Will it affect the aluminum wheels?

I have heard slime attacks the aluminum in the wheels.

It is.  It's corrosive.

I've had a front wheel destroyed by Ride-on. It corroded and pitted the aluminum. No response from the company I purchased it from. According to the bottle, it was the motorcycle version of Ride-on.
I plan to use it again, in fact I have two bottles purchased before I dicovered that the last bottle cost me an xtra 125.00 for another rim.
Before I do use it again I will be coating the inside of the rim to protect it. Since most flats happen to the rear tire, I think I will only risk using Ride-on in the rear. Besides, rear rim are cheaper on Ebay.
