Only two bikes.....what a bummer, so I went on a night scenic drive.  Man shes running sweet, the night air was moist and cool, always makes for a good running Valkyrie.  I had forgotten how much vision my new lights afford once you get away from all streetlights.  I took a windey road through the woods way home and I could see so much better than ever before.  Beautiful ride until one block from home.  In my housing area a woman pulls out to make a left turn (running her stop sign) right in front of me, and what was worse, she was looking right at me.  First I grabbed a big handfull of front brakes and had a safety bubble between the two vehicles established very quickly so then I laid on the stebil, which made her slam on brakes.  So as shes slowing down and still looking at me I turn towards her and my headlights are now lights to eyeballs to her as shes now stopped in the middle of the road trying to say someing like OOOPS SORRY DIDNT SEE YOU.  I wonder how long she had to wait there to clean her britches and get her vision back.  She was still sitting there when I pulled into my driveway.

I felt bad for a moment, but I got over it
