Get a tube of good old Honda grip glue and use lots. I like it because it won't set up too fast. Let it dry with end caps off your iso grips for a couple of days.

The original glue for the ISO grips, sucks. Mine fell off in my hands the first time temps hit 100+. The bad part is I don't remember what I used to glue em back on, but it is working well,

I recently had to glue back on my throttle grip, used Three Bond Griplock. So far so good, a week later and 150 miles...

Although I think a couple of days is overkill. I let mine cure overnight and they have been on there for 13 years and 98,000 miles.

On my Chevy Trike I had one that would not stay before I went with a foot gas pedal.
I used Gorilla Glue. Damn tough stuff. Usage on your grips might be a permanent solution. Don't know, but I do know it has held this one on the Chevy.

I used the Honda stuff in 2001. I think my left grip is finally cured. I could spin it for yrs but would never fall off. I can turn if I try.

I use golf club grip tape.
Put it on... and get it wet... the grip will slide on, and in a few minutes... you can ride it.
It'll fail in a few years time... but it'll warn you. then you take them off... and do it again. i have done mine 2 times in 9 years.
