I was out for a ride this afternoon.  running a side road I normally don't take.  I have a 2000 red & black tourer, I bought 2 years ago.  Love the bike and could not believe my eyes.  A twin to my bike sitting in a guys side yard For Sale. I stopped to look, no one was home.  but his nieghbor saw me looking at it and walked over.  He said go ahead and check it over the owner don't mind.  Well it has 29,000 miles and nice shape. Just talked to him on phone and he priced it at $7,500. I am going to try to get back to the bike some evening this week.  If I can talk wife into it, I would like to trike it for her.

i'm so glad to hear there are still Valks available.  the only thing is, why would anyone want to sell theirs??

BTW, did you check out the VIN #'s, how far apart were they?
