   I cross the bridge every Tuesday in my tool truck . The road underneath is quite challenging on a bike at times , some step turns and washouts , glad you had a safe trip

You got that right on the challenging part.  Some extreme tight turns with serious downhills/uphills.  Reminded me a bit of Eureka Springs.  That downtown area is going to surprise a few folks!!
