Thanks to help from a couple guys on the forum I got a set of HardKromes I have wanted.  I had them Ceramic coated Satin black.  What a pain in the ass to install though.  I am willing to sell my Cobras that I cut down if anyone is interested.  They sound awesome also.  Also some new rear rider foot pegs to match my grips and shocks.

Yes, he does good work and hes local.
Im going to try and make a short video to hear the exhaust like I did with my cut down Cobras.  My cut down Cobras were a deeper sounding.  These sound more radical.

Those are cut into the hangers by a vendor who supports this site

John you using the baffles???
Looks like the holes are empty on the lower right side.
HK CS was of zero value with new baffles.
Pipes look really good on your bike.
Your guy did a good job coating them.
I hope you get many many miles and a ton of smiles with them.

Hey Jay,
No baffles, there weren't any in them.  If I had them I wouldnt be using them anyway.  There were a PIA to install though.  The second time, I had to take off the crash bars, just to hard to get at the header nuts.  And then setting the nuts inside of the guide on the pipes and run the bolt into was like feeling around in the dark. All that while trying to not scratch them up.  Had a buddy come over and help me hold them up while I lined up everything.  All and all though it was worth it.

Looks lie alls well that ends well.
Just to let you know what I meant by PIA my rear end.
My backs still hurting from lifting up the dammed box.
I knew better but did it anyway ...........75lbs.
So yah I can imagine the trouble installing them was.
Next time you can come and get them yourself!!!!!!!!!!!

On a side note.
I dont think Ill get around to triking the Valk, so Im just riding it to work for the most part for now.
I am happy as hell with the OEMs.

Next bike Ill probably use will be an 04 or up 1800 now that I know a just a weeeee bit more about these things.
