I put new brake fluid in the valk today.  Speed bleeders make the job easy.  If you haven't changed your brake fluid, you need to, it was really nasty, and really easy.

Yah, DOT 4 brake fluid is very hygroscopic stuff and can be real messy after awhile.  Probably should consider changing these kind of fluids every 2 to 4 years. Always use a fresh bottle.

   I waited a little too long and had to rebuild the front calipers. It's nice to have full function back again,it was such a gradual decline in performance that I didn't realize how much they had degraded.

Are you talking a typical vac/bleeder pump or is a speed bleeder something different?
