Well a new hobby/endevor of mine has taken off in the past couple of months and on Friday evening my new Tejas Smoker arrived. So now with request for catering starting to come in, since winning the Fourth of July Celebration Rib Cookoff this year, things have been going pretty good. So with the blessing of my wife, I made an investment on a new dream.

In the pictures there are 15 racks of pork spare ribs and 28 lbs of pork butt. I then grilled 24 lbs of fajita chicken.

Now to pick a date so some local bikers to come over and let me know what you think of the grub.
