I just got finished removing the trunk from my 2000 Interstate, and now I am looking for ideas/suggestions for the area where the trunk mounts.  Currently, I have the stock bolts in place, but I was hoping to come up with a cool idea for that area, maybe something that will cover the "unfinished" look of the trunk mount, and be easily removed, for when I want to re-install the trunk for a trip.  Any ideas?  I'd love to see pictures of similar projects!

Thanks

Build a luggage rack that will bolt up to the tour pack brackets. If you have a wife or girlfriend that rides you could incorporate a sissybar on your rack that can be easily removed with the rack.

Thanks, but I am going for a more minimal look, and I always ride solo.  I was hoping someone had an easy suggestion for some sort of bolt cover/chrome rail that would clean up the area...

Do a search from the main page for Supervalk. That's what it's called, and you'll see all kinds of ideas.
