My steble horn stopped working during a recent trip.I went to harbor freight today an bought a set of electric horns and put one on each side  of the engine guard.Same place as the little stock horn.110 dcbles.Very loud Wow.$9.99 on sale.

The horn was about four years old,these horns are louder than the stebel horn,I like them better plus the price is great.Low enough to buy two sets

I had an ugly pair of the electric horns on my Valk, red things, I mounted them under the bike and they really echoed off the pavement. What I liked about them is they honked right away, no slight delay for the compressor to build up air. Put a Stiebel on the Victory under that big rear fender, I do not think it is any louder than the electrics were.
