Cry  Me too I just posted on evilbay my two babies. Black and Dark Pearl Red Interstate and matching trike. The wife is completely bummed. But after not working for 5 months I have no alternative. Dang this economy. I had the hardest to find colors of all and now I'm forced to sell. The wife actually cried and to tell ya the truth I'm dang close myself. Wife has a heart condition and I'm paying outrageous Cobra payments. She's been a good wife and I want to keep her more than anything else.  Cry

You might be able to find cheaper than COBRA.

Thanks everyone for your kind thoughts. I will definitley stay a part of the group. Probably even more so as I can use the support. I do have a Std. that I am hoping that I will keep so I won't be Valkless yet. And if there are any Health Insurance guru's amongst us that could give me some pointers I sure could use some. Am off to apply for more jobs but it is slow here in Amarillo as it is nationwide.

Talked to the Dr. about Medicaid and he stated that as long as she can pass a stress test that it just wouldn't happen. She can't work because when her heart starts PVCing she just has to lay down and rest. Nobody will hire someone that has to go lay down and rest all the time. I don't get it, it seems that some people can get Medicaid for a hangnail and I see em workin' their arse off in the yard, etc. The kicker is she's only 47 yrs. old and she got the pacemaker 3 yrs. ago.

Rattler, try looking into disability and explain to the dr that she cannot work as of now due to her illness. You might also want to contact medicaid yourself and perhaps get a 2nd opinion. I hope everything works out for ya bro.

Thanks Art for the heads up. Actually with all the stress I mispoke. It's disability that we can't get for her my bad. I've never had to deal with anything like this as I have always worked and supported my family. Right now I'd flip burgers but alas I don't have a flipping burgers certificate. lol I'm to technically trained to flip burgers apparently. It seems you have to  have certification to do anything know a days
