I know....over and over again.... I looked all over the tire and darkside section and there is only 1 mention of a 215/60-16 goin on a Valk... Will it fit????  Can you make it fit???? What does it take to make it fit??? I was 1 of the first on this board years ago sold my Valk and now bought it back looking to go to the darkside, any help I really will appreciate. Thanks, Jim Smiley

Jim, I have no experience with a 215, but there is barely any clearance between my 205 and the swingarm. I don't see how anybody could fit another 5mm of tire in there. (10mm total width more/5mm per side)

Thanks for the info...The reason I asked is, I was on the frequently asked page and there is a picture of a 215/60-16 Goodyear Eagle on a Valk and the guys name is Warren. It must be a 205/60 not a 215. Thanks again for the help. Jim

I've been around for 5 years and that faq sheet hasn't been updated in that time and there's no tellin' how old the info is.  Warren from Atlanta may have actually run a 215 tire but if you read the description he had 1/32nd inch clearance.  He may have not had a rubbing problem but I wouldn't chance it.  I'm running a 205/65HR-16 on my Tourer and a 205/60R-16 on my I/S.  I've got roughly 8-10mm clearance between the sidewall and swingarm.
