Was headed over to the Ford dealer to see about working out some kind of  trade on a chevy pickup and saw a Green and Silver I/S at the corner of Stratford and Broadway. I took a run around the block but traffic was backed up about 4 blocks (just after 5pm).  Was this anyone from the VRCC???
