A couple days ago I had the same thing. A gentleman on a Harley wanted to run me. The light changed and I left him thinking. Once wasn't enough though. He had to come back for another spanking. Finally the third light he just hung back 'til it changed.
The thing that makes me feel good is knowing someone took all that guy's money, and he still gets spanked by a 15 year old fat gurl.

+1, one should not initiate the roll on, but should respond with vigor.

Thats the great thing about these bikes. 1- most people have No idea what they're looking at. 2-  They have No idea of what she's capable of! The more I ride mine the more I realize that they're the perfect sleeper cruiser.

You got to watch 'em Pup.  If they are willing to sink another six grand for a "stage 4 kit" in their already overpriced vibrators they can keep up or maybe out run you.

That is until you level the playing field with a supercharger.  Bye Bye vibrator.

Out for a little ride with Al V yesterday. Somewhere in the thumb of Michigan. Came up to a truck pulling some quads following a workvan. We made a right at a stop sign and they were just progessing too slowly. Still in low gear pulled out into the other lane and rolled the power on, when I hit fifth gear I looked down at the speedo, said 105 and still climbing. Never get tired of that feeling.

I like to let em get ahead once then ask em if they were serious at the next light. Its funner to stay just ahead, like a front wheel length, then when they've topped out, hit the coals and watch er go. There was a post on here a year or so ago where this guy in Philly was getting the guff from a HD rider. The final was, he wanted to race and where should they go, The answer was "Denver".
I still laugh at that one.

I like to roll up beside a HD in 4th gear, clanking about 3,800 R's.

They twist the wick a little, I respond and then we are off.

The HD tops out, I wave and hit 5th then let MGM loose.

They are at least fast learners when they get an ass whompin, cause I never see them again. Evil tickedoff

I had a guy 2 weeks ago rage on his screaming eagle HD out of a stoplight at 5:30 AM with my in the same lane as him but back and to the right 1/2 the lane width.  I stayed right with him and didn't pass him... just stayed "on" him thru about 70 MPH.  He dipped his head and looked in his right side mirror to see how much distance he put on me.  I just waved with my free hand when he realized I was still only 2 bike lengths back, and riding one handed.

Is that the same motorcycle that honda quit making because very few would buy it?

you get caught drag racing in ohio its 6pts on your license, automatic 6mos driving suspension, up to 2 yrs, and possible jail time.  my son had a lawyer and got out of his ticket. he wasn't drag racing but the officer susupected he was. he proved he was not racing, but still had to pay $100+ in court costs.

If ya want to know how a Harley rider feels, have a sport bike drag you WOW! there in 3rd gear before your out of first.... Still fun though to see how fast those little bikes are! (Even the Big sport bike looks small next to our Lady's).

The difference is, most of us realize a sports bike would smack us around, and know not to challenge them.

Agreed on the sport bike comment.  But quite a few sport bike riders (seems like more of them than cruiser riders) are well aware of our bikes and their capabilities.  At least thats been my experience at poker runs etc.

A good defense would be that the danged HD was so loud, you were just keeping ahead of him so you wouldn't suffer permanent hearing damage.
