I just returned a grip to them that I BROKE. My GLOCK pin pusher slipped and ripped the rubber button. I told them what I did and they still sent me a new one at NO CHARGE even though it was my fault. Great CS from that company. On a side note if you are buying one for a GLOCK 21 SF call them before the purchase, the CT that says it fits the 21SF only fits certain models.
