Well you guys were awfully kind to me, but the deal on the Valk fell thru,so I went for Plan B and as of tom. I will be the proud owner of a 1997 GL1500 with 37k on the clock....many thanks

I remember seeing you back over at the VTXOA forum a couple of bikes ago for me.  I picked up a '97 Tourer this weekend, so I guess we'll be seeing each other on here from now on.

I use to think that too but at 61 I bought an '05 wing. Absolutely love it. It's a sport bike on steroids.

Fancy meeting you guys here.  I am from the VTXOA also.  I got rid of my VTX about 3 years ago, went to a Kawasaki ZRX, now finally got me another Honda.

Do you Goldwing guys find them SMALLER than the Valks?

I am 6'2" and 325 lbs, and when I sit on a wing... I feel all cramped up.  Is there anything to be done about that?
