Good morning,

I put out a request back when registration first opened asking for volunteers to work registration during InZane. I heard from a couple people through personal message. Folks may have volunteers through the InZane Event page too; I just haven’t gotten that information yet.

Patrick and I are working on registration with the rally only 52 days, 16 hours and the minutes and seconds clicking off very quickly. I’m asking for help again for people to consider helping out with registration or any of the volunteer duties needed. Like I’ve said in the past, also anyone who’s sat at the registration table or sold raffle tickets can tell you it’s the best place to meet people you may never get the chance to meet. I know for sure many of you I may not know if not for being at that table; for that I am blessed with friendships and being able to but a face with a name is awesome.

I REALLY, REALLY, yes I REALLY want to have a schedule of registration volunteers set by the 1st of July. I travel for my job and have been scheduled out of town in the midst of us finish up registration packages during early July. Since Patrick and I will be traveling to Arkansas this year on the bike instead of me being able to load up the car and drive 3 hours north in MI to ground zero; we’ll need to really be proactive and get our work done earlier this year.

If you can find it in your heart to spend a couple hours helping us out and meeting some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet (could be your next best friends in the world) send me a personal message or sign up on the event page.

Only 52 days and I CAN’T WAIT!

Blessings ya’ll!
Have a great day!

Are you an organ, tissue and eye donor for your state? Did you know one person can save or enhance the lives of up to 75 people. The # of people waiting for organs in the US would overflow the University of Michigan football stadium. It's the biggest in the country. Will seat over 109,000.

Carolyn,
My travel plans are still somewhat up in the air but as soon as I get them finalized, I'll let you know.  Be happy to help out however I can.  At this point, I'm not sure when I'm leaving KY so, I really can't say when I'm gonna get there except I know it'll be Sunday.  Will let you know as soon as I know.  I've hosted events before and know how much work goes into something like this.  The host rarely get to enjoy the event because of all the work that has to be done.  As I said, be happy to assist and will let you know just as soon as I know.

I realize that may not be much help at this point but, it's the best I can do.

Disco is handling raffle tickets. I'm sure he's got you on his information and is thankful for your help.

Thank you for you response.

Ron,

Thank you for your quick response. Looks like a schedule of events will be posted soon. Take a look at that once it's posted; you can let me know your availability after that. I can tell you the busiest days for registration for this event will probably be Monday and Tuesday; not that we won't need help the other days. No worries about trying to help out on Sunday.

THANK YOU!
Carolyn

Carolyn, I signed me and my gorgeous bride up for 'registration table' duty when I registered for InZane (you know so... so we can meet people Smiley )

As you said, there may be others, so you should pressure whomever possesses that info to get it to you.

I had signed up to help where I could when I signed up for InZane, so, I hope someone passed that info along.

I hope to be there sometimes Sunday afternoon, exact time unknown, with a group of Florida Valk riders.  Other than catching up with my better half, who is flying into XNA and arriving by car Sunday afternoon, I should be available to help out.
