Unfortunately if it has gotten bad enough that the NRA has to address the UN then all that means is our elected officials have caved to the idea that the US is no longer sovereign and will comply to fit into the the idea of a one world government. I doubt very seriously that they cared at all unless to say this may be a little more of a problem than we thought and may have to rethink our plan. I am happy and proud that the NRA stepped up to the plate but to me is a ominous sign of the way things are headed unless  more speak up just like the rights we are supposed to have here.

If our rights are taken, this is exactly how they will do it- under the UN arms treaty which includes small arms. I think Clinton first used the term "global community" and it will soon be a one world goverment or NWO. Keep your eyes on the eastern sky because Jesus is coming quicker than most think!!   cooldude

Yeah I don't think it means that at all.

You may not want to believe it but I do. You seem to research a lot of subjects so check this one out. Read all about the UN arms treaty. I always thought it was about military, nuclear weapons,etc-  Wink

Wow, where do I start?  Ezekiel 38,39, Book of Daniel, Revelations for a start.
It would take more time than I have to explain it to you. If you will dig in the Word and ask the Lord for understanding, you might understand. cooldude

Anvil, youre too smart not to see the implications.
First small arms treaty, then agenda 21. Then a railroad siding in New Mexico.

This has been going on for a while. I do not take the UN all that seriously. They've proven themselves toothless when biting much weaker nations than ours. What's laughable is that many of the people who laugh off the UN's authority when their guy is in power pretend to quake in their boots in the shadow of their might. The NRA is playing this up in an election year. Take that to the bank. Otherwise they'd publicly ignore the UN. As they should.

They don't deserve the time of day on issues like this. That doesn't mean you ignore them behind the scenes (lest their power grow) but by addressing them in such a way only validates them in the eyes of the rest of the world.

The UN doesn't give a dam about the NRA so them going there is pointless unless just to hear that the citizens of the USA will be a problem to control. It has already started with past presidents signing over the rights of the US as in the Amero or the North American free trade agreement. I will if you want give you the articles that explain just how far we have come to being a one world government.
