a friends Shadow had been setting in his back yard for a couple of years and now it's in my garage for an effort to get in back on the road.  I've got everything all cleaned, polished and looking pretty  good (except the spokes) and after about 16 hours of lovin' labor.
Now the questions:

Is the radiator filler hole under the tank?  Can't see it anywhere?!  I can see a "reserve tank" under the radiator.

Does anyone on the board know of a FREE Owners manual and/or a likewise free service manual download site or have one I could borow use and copy?

I think the radiator fill is behind the neck cover on the right (as you sit on the bike) side.

Don't know about the OP manual.

More help can probably be had here: http://forums.delphiforums.com/strictlyace750/start

Earl, when I had a 750 Shadow ACE I got a lot of info from http://www.hondashadow.net/.  Be careful polishing the spokes.  They aren't chrome but some thin plating like rhodium.  It's easy to polish it off then the spokes turn black.

X Ring= The spokes are heavily rusted.  I started using #80 emory cloth, but after 3 hours I had only done about 3/4 of one side of the front and you're right, down to the bare metal.  So, I quit and will tell the owner that either he'll have to finish it and paint them black himself or maybe he can find a good used front wheel at Pinwall or from someone on one of the Shadow forums.  I think that sand blasting and powder coating would be best, but expensive.
